I like Mountain Astrologer, but since I live in Mexico, the price is pretty high for someone living on just SS, $100USD??? I would ask that when you mention good astrology/numerology sites, you only mention the ones that do not require personal invitations. I tried to read PiscesBlog, and was put off by having to have an invitation, and by it being in Spanish. While I speak Spanish, I am not able to process it because all of my astrological/numerology training is in English.

Mary, thanks for the reply. Here’s the birth data I came up with after net surfing (Wiki, etc.). The dates seem accurate. As I recall, Kate’s birthplace is confirmed in different sources. Jon’s is not so clear, although PA appears to be correct.

Jon Gosselin, b. April 1, 1977; Wyoming, PA (maybe); time unknown.

Kate Gosselin, b. March 28, 1975; Lancaster, PA; time unknown.

Thank you..I also saw John Legend on Democracy Now..yeah Amy Goodman…

I have a sunrise chart for her: born April 13, 1957 in Washington, D.C. Aries Sun closely conjunct Venus (23 degrees), Moon in Libra (full early on the 14th), Mercury in Taurus (13 degrees), Mars in Gemini opposite Saturn in Sag (14 degrees). Venus was exactly conjunct the Sun early on the 14, so she may very well have Venus cazimi the Sun (within 17′), like Oprah..

Amy’s natal Juno is late 27 degrees Pisces, so transiting Uranus has yet to cross it..I don’t expect her to be quieting down on her support for the powerless and vulnerable any time soon!

I hadn’t look at this chart in awhile..yes, all good observations on your part.

At 911, the Federal gov’t progressed Moon was 22 degrees Pisces 54′, right on the Mercury retrograde. No wonder many people (the Moon as significator of the people) have serious questions about what really happened..

For another New Moon boost of Gemini communication this week (brought to us by The Learning Channel, no less) we might also include the new season premiere of reality TV’s Jon & Kate Plus 8 – watched by a whopping 9 million (curious!) viewers. Jon and Kate, both Aries Suns, and each with the Sun opposed Pluto natally, have come across a rocky patch in their marriage. With angry, hurtful, defensive feelings surfacing very visibly between them, and the Mars transit through Aries apparently a triggering factor. I think an article by a known psychologist-astrologer addressing Jon & Kate – and the public fascination with them and reality TV – would be of great interest to TMA readers.

Ron, have you checked into Integrative Medicine? It is a field that combines traditional and alternative methods, and I wonder if it may offer the bridge needed to facilitate health care funding for nonconventional treatment. FYI According to Steven Forrest’s website, his new book Yesterday’s Sky was made possible by a generous grant from the Integrative Medicine Foundation.

This is indeed a fantastic three-planet conjunction – in my 10th house and conjuncting my moon and midheaven! (Only 5 degrees out in the latter case). Perhaps this is a good time to get my books published and make myself famous!
