A: TMA does not keep a distribution list. However, you can find TMA at most Barnes & Nobles, local co-ops, and many bookstores nationwide. Or ask your local bookstore to order!

A: If you are a current active subscriber in the US, the delivery deadline dates are as follows (add two weeks for Canadian & international deliveries):

- Annual Yearbook – November 15, 2022
Q: It’s past the delivery deadline date listed above and I still haven’t received my copy of TMA. What do I do?

Replacement requests must be made within 90 days of the issue launch date:
- Capricorn Sol – November 1, 2021
- Aries Nox – February 1, 2022
- Cancer Sol – May 1, 2022
- Libra Nox – August 1, 2022
- Annual Yearbook – October 1, 2022
Note: TMA allows one free replacement issue per one-year subscription.
If you have already utilized your one free replacement issue, we will subtract one issue from your current subscription as payment for the additional replacement.
If you have already utilized your one free replacement issue and have no issues remaining on your current subscription, you will need to order a single issue or renew your subscription.
Q: What is the longest TMA subscription length I can purchase?
A: Due to fluctuations in postal rates, the longest TMA subscription option available is two years.
Q: I forgot to enter the current TMA Promo/Coupon code when making my purchase, what do I do?
A: You MUST use the current code upon checkout to qualify for the discount. No partial refunds.

Q: How long will it take for my back issue order to arrive?
A: 10–14 days in the US (add two weeks for Canadian & International deliveries).
Q: How do I cancel my subscription and do you issue refunds?
A: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call our office: (530) 477-8839 (Tue–Thu: 9am–4pm PT). When you cancel your subscription, we will reimburse you for the amount of remaining un-mailed issues on your account, minus a 6% processing fee on the full Subscription rate.

Our magazines are mailed via USPS.
All subscription prices include shipping costs.
Issues will mail within 5 business days of printing via the subscriber’s chosen method (either 1st Class Mail or Periodical Post).
Orders of individual print issues of the magazine received by 12pm PT on Wednesday will be mailed each week on Thursday (excluding holidays and unexpected closures).
