Q: What is TMA’s Publishing schedule?
A: TMA is a bi-monthly publication that comes out at the beginning of every even-numbered month: February/April/June/August/October/December.

Q: I am a TMA print subscriber, how can I get digital access too?
A: Every TMA print subscription comes with free digital access, click here to register.

Q: What stores carry TMA?
A: TMA does not keep a distribution list; however, you can find TMA at most Barnes & Noble and selected Whole Foods stores.

Q: I have moved, how do I change my mailing address?
A: Please e-mail us your new address at subs@mountainastrologer.com or call our office M-F 9am to 3pm Pacific Time.

Please note: Updating your address in your TMA digital profile DOES NOT update your print subscription mailing address.

Q: How can I find out how many issues are left on my subscription?
A: Please e-mail us at subs@mountainastrologer.com or call our office M-F 9am to 3pm Pacific Time.

Q: When can I expect my TMA to arrive?
A: If you are a current active subscriber, the delivery deadlines are as follows:

Domestic: The first Monday of every even numbered month.*
International: (including Hawaii) The last Monday of every even numbered month.*
*February/April/June/August/October/December

Q: It is past the delivery deadline date listed above and I still haven’t received my copy of TMA, what do I do?
A: Please notify us by e-mail at subs@mountainastrologer.com or call our office M-F 9am to 3pm Pacific Time.

Note: TMA allows one free replacement issue per 1-year subscription
– If you have already utilized your one free replacement issue, we will subtract one issue from your current subscription as payment for the additional replacement.
– If you have already utilized your one free replacement issue and have no issues remaining on your current subscription, you will need to order a single issue or renew your subscription.

Q: What is the longest TMA subscription length I can purchase?
A: Due to fluctuations in postal rates, the longest TMA subscription option available is 2-years.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription and do you issue refunds?
A: Please e-mail us at subs@mountainastrologer.com or call our office M-F 9am to 3pm Pacific Time.
Yes, when you cancel your subscription we will mail you a prorated check for the amount of remaining un-mailed issues on your account.

Q: How can I remove myself from your mailing list?
A: Please e-mail us at subs@mountainastrologer.com or call our office M-F 9am to 3pm Pacific Time: (530) 477-8839 and ask to be removed.

Q: Will TMA sell my information?
A: No. TMA does not share, trade, rent, or sell its subscriber list.
